Educational Groups

Educational groups are not therapy and cannot be charged to insurance. Members are students, not patients. If you are a member, you are expected to attend unless you give notice that you will be absent. Members will be charged for any class they miss without at least 24 hours’ notice. You may stop attending at any time, with notice. No medical record is kept for these classes. A password to download the class notes will be given at the end of each class. Notes from the classes will then appear on this website.

What Happened to My Little Sweetheart? An Educational Support Group for “New” Parents of Teenagers

Do you find yourself wondering when the aliens came and took your kid and replaced him with the teenager in your kitchen wearing that ridiculous outfit? Our group may be right for you. Dr. Archer takes a light-hearted approach to the serious business of raising teenagers. Parents learn together how to understand their children’s new language and comprehend their new “teenage” ways. You may laugh, you may cry, but most of all, you’ll learn.
